WHY ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT FITNESS?
I believe that training your body is a discipline. When you work to better yourself physically and work to stop saying "I cant" work to stop thinking "I'm too tired" You are retraining your brain. You are teaching yourself to not just be physically tough, but mentally tough. I find that MY brain almost always gets in the way. I have found out the hard way that I don't have much control over the ever-changing world and most people.
But I can create change.
My ability to create change starts within. This is where where I begin. This is ultimately where,I suggest, we all begin.
When we focus on battling out our demons physically something magical happens. We start to feel a little yummy, and a whole lot of juicy.
