As a thrill seeker and a strong believer that fitness should be fun and challenging, I simply find joy in moving. I’ve studied everything from ballet to cycling and continue to find activities that challenge me physically and mentally. I have taught and danced for over 10yrs and hold a BA in Humanities with an emphasis in theater arts from New College.
I am ACE, AFAA, and USA Olympic lifting certified and currently work as a master trainer, national fitness presenter, fitness program designer, and fitness education specialist .
